Olympic boxing: Savannah Marshall out to secure Rio 2016 medal

Savannah Marshall is looking to become Team GB's fourth medal winner
Savannah Marshall is the female star flying the flag as she takes on long-time rival Nouchka Fontijn of the Netherlands in the Women's middleweight quarter-final.
The 25-year-old knows a win will make her the fourth Team GB fight to win a medal at Rio 2016, along with Nicola Adams, Joshua Buatsi and Joe Joyce.
Marshall made light work of her opening bout on Sunday night, shutting out experienced Swede Anna Laurell in the Round of 16.
But the fact that Thursday's opponent, Fontijn, was given a bye in the opening round proves it is another tough test for the 25-year-old against a boxer who has grown to be her nemesis.
The pair have have met on the biggest stages of all, with the Laurell knocking Marshall out of the European Championships in 2015 and, earlier this year, beat her in the semi-finals meaning the Team GB member had to settle for bronze.
The pair did not meet in London 2012 but after missing out on a medal on home soil, Marshall is determined to bring one back to the north east this time.

Marshall is in the last of the quarter-finals with favourite and reigning women's middleweight Olympic champion, Clarese Shields, of USA, first out.
We will know who Marshall will face if she does get through to the semi-finals with at least a bronze secured, with China's Li Qian and Brazil's Andreia Bandeira facing each other in the bout before and in the same half of the draw.
